By using Home Architecture, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Home Architecture uses AI to generate interior design concepts based on user-uploaded photos. The app operates on a credit-based system.

3. Credits and Payments

• Each AI generation consumes 1 credit
• Credits are purchased through in-app purchases
• All sales are final; credits are non-refundable (except as required by law)
• Credits do not expire
• The app uses AI and may make mistakes. Check your answers./li>

4. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a license to process your photos for AI generation. We do not share your photos with third parties.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated designs are suggestions only. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. We do not warrant that designs are structurally sound or suitable for implementation.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Upload copyrighted images you don't own
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Share account credentials

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
